Recovery Room
Sequential compression on your legs or arms, thirty minutes, four credits. Yoga mats, rollers and a massage gun on the wall if you want them too.
What it is
The Recovery Room is built around one thing: Normatec sequential compression, boots or arm sleeves, thirty minutes, four credits. That is the session, and it is the reason the room exists.
Around it, self-service and free to use while you are in the room: yoga mats, a foam roller and a massage gun on the wall. Sensate and an Omnilux Contour face mask are also available here as an add-on, the same as at the other therapies, if you want ten quiet minutes to finish. There is no therapist and it is not a treatment room. It is a quiet corner of the club for the part of recovery you do yourself.
Why people use it
Normatec compression
Sequential compression boots and arm sleeves. The default choice after long runs, long rides and long days on your feet. This is what you are booking.
Mats, roller and massage gun
On the wall, free to use during your thirty minutes. Stretch, roll out or hit the calves and quads while the boots do their work.
Sensate
A small chest device using infrasonic resonance and audio. Ten minutes, eyes closed, for the nervous-system side of recovery.
Quiet, not clinical
One fixed seat and one flex spot. No therapist, no treatment plan, just thirty minutes to yourself.
How a session works
Book thirty minutes
Same as any other session. Four credits, Normatec included.
Boots or sleeves, timer set
Legs or arms. Sit back and let it run.
Use the wall if you want
Mats, rollers and the massage gun are there for the same thirty minutes, no extra cost.
Percussion where you need it
Muscle only. Never bone, joints, the spine or the neck.
What to bring
Whatever you are already wearing. Shorts or leggings work best for the compression boots.

Add-ons
Omnilux Contour face mask
- A flexible medical-grade LED face mask, a popular add-on while you sit back in the boots. Ask the team to set you up.
Sensate
- A small chest device using infrasonic resonance and audio. Ten quiet minutes for the nervous-system side of recovery. Ask the team to add it to your session.
Safety & screening
Normatec compression has real limits worth knowing, and the self-service tools on the wall come with basic common sense.
- Skip the compression boots if you have deep vein thrombosis, a clotting disorder, an open wound or an acute leg injury
- Skip the compression boots during pregnancy unless your doctor has cleared it
- Percussion devices go on muscle only, never on bone, joints, the spine or the neck
- Do not use percussion on a fresh injury, a fracture or an area that is already inflamed
- If anything hurts, stop and ask the team
This list is a starting point, not medical advice. Freezlab does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. When you create an account you also confirm a general health declaration, which covers this list plus a few blanket conditions that apply to every session: any infectious disease, any chronic or acute illness in the last six months, and medication that affects your alertness or fitness to drive. If you are being treated for anything, ask your doctor before you book.
