Omnilux Contour

The Omnilux Contour is a flexible, medical-grade LED face mask. It delivers red and near-infrared light to the skin, the same wavelengths behind our Red Light Therapy, just shaped for the face and worn as a mask.

It is not a session on its own. It is something you add to a visit you are already having: while you sit with the Hydroxy cannula in, resting after Hyperbaric, or as a calm finish after Massage or Tanning.

Why people add it

Skin

The most studied use of red and near-infrared light. Commonly used in skincare for tone, texture and fine lines.

No extra time

It fits inside time you are already spending at the club, so it rarely adds to your visit.

Consistency

Like red light generally, it rewards regular use far more than a single session.

How it works

Ask the team

Available as an add-on to most sessions. Ask when you book or when you arrive.

Ten minutes

Worn over closed eyes. Most people barely notice it is there.

Done

No downtime. Straight back to whatever you were doing.

Sensate

Sensate is a small device that sits on your chest, held by hand or a strap, paired with audio through headphones. It uses low, resonant vibration together with sound designed to calm the nervous system.

Like Omnilux, it is not a session on its own. It is something you add to another visit: ten quiet minutes while the Recovery Room’s Normatec boots run, after Massage, or wherever a calm ten minutes fits.

Why people add it

The nervous-system side of recovery

Where the other therapies work the body, Sensate is aimed at slowing you down.

Eyes closed, ten minutes

No skill required. Sit, breathe, let it run.

Pairs well with a wait

A genuinely useful way to use downtime you already have at the club.

Chest, headphones on

Ten minutes, eyes closed.

No downtime. Straight back to your day.

Safety & screening

A couple of things worth checking before you add either one to a session.

  • A photosensitive condition, such as lupus or polymorphic light eruption
  • Medication that increases light sensitivity, including some antibiotics, retinoids and St John’s wort – check the leaflet or ask your pharmacist
  • A personal or family history of skin cancer – speak to your doctor first
  • Pregnancy – ask your doctor
  • A pacemaker or other implanted cardiac device – check with the manufacturer or your doctor first
  • Pregnancy – ask your doctor
  • A recent chest injury or surgery

This list is a starting point, not medical advice. Freezlab does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you are being treated for anything, ask your doctor before you book.

Add-on questions

Same wavelengths, different device. The Contour is a mask focused on the face, Red Light Therapy is full-height panels for the whole body.
Ask the team. It pairs well with Hydroxy, Hyperbaric, Massage, Tanning and the Recovery Room. We leave it off Red Light Therapy, since that already covers the same ground.
No. Most people feel warmth and brightness through closed eyes, nothing more.
A low, rhythmic hum on your chest paired with audio through headphones. Most people find it genuinely relaxing rather than strange.
Ask the team. It is built into the Recovery Room and pairs well with almost everything else too, except cryotherapy.
It is a wellness device, not a treatment. Think of it as a calming addition to your visit, not a substitute for care.
