First time? We’ve got you.
Nobody walks in knowing what to do. Here is exactly how a first visit goes, so the only surprise is the cold.
Six steps
Choose
Not sure where to start? Start with cryotherapy. Three minutes, and it tends to change how people think about recovery.
Book
Create an account online or through the app, confirm the health declaration, and pick a time. Sessions are short, so there is usually something within the hour.
Arrive
Ten minutes early on your first visit. Reception, robe, slippers, and a moment to look around.
Safety check
A short health screening, gone through with you rather than handed to you on a clipboard. It takes a few minutes and it matters.
Experience it
A host walks you in, sets you up and stays with you. You will not be left to work anything out on your own.
Find your routine
Afterwards, sit down in the lounge. The team will help you work out what a sensible week looks like for you.
Practical questions
The things people email us before their first booking.
For cryotherapy: underwear or swimwear, plus a robe, t-shirt or hoodie for before and after. Gloves, socks, a headband and a face mask are provided.
For red light and tanning: the cabins are private, so as little as you like. For massage and hyperbaric: comfortable everyday clothes, shoes off. For Hydroxy: whatever you arrived in.
Ten minutes on your first visit, for the health screening and a proper introduction. After that, five minutes is plenty.
Yes, but not a large meal right before cryotherapy or hyperbaric. Something light an hour before is ideal. Come hydrated.
Yes, and most members do. Hydroxy pairs with almost anything. Cryo followed by red light is the most common combination in the club. Just book them back to back.
We are at Olympisch Stadion 36. There is paid parking around the stadium and a car park nearby. Tram 16 and 24 stop close by, and most members cycle. Bike racks are right outside.
Tell us. Every therapy has its own screening, and hyperbaric has the longest list of all. If you are being treated for anything, or you take regular medication, check with your doctor before you book. We would much rather turn a session down than get it wrong.
For cryo: swimwear or underwear and something warm for afterwards. Everything else is provided. For tanning: your own tan lotion if you use one, and eye protection.
You need an account to book, and it takes a minute to make. Part of signing up is confirming a short health declaration, the same list on each therapy’s safety section, so the team knows before you arrive rather than at the door. There is also a Freezlab app for booking and managing your credits, which most members end up using.
Yes. The chamber takes more than one person and it is a lot easier the first time with company. The 15, 30 and 60 credit passes are shareable for exactly this reason.
