On the A10 highway, take the Buitenveldert exit (S108). Take a right onto the Amstelveenseweg. After passing the Total gas station, take a left onto the Laan der Hesperiden. Take another left to the entrance of the parking garage underneath the stadium. There may be a long line of cars at the right entrance but this one is only intended for P+R

You can take either of the 2 left entrances. In the parking garage, take a left at the earliest opportunity and drive all the way to the end. Try to park closely to number 36-40 (exit Q). You will find the numbers on the signs at every exit. Leave the parking garage through exit 36-40. You will find Freezlab immediately on your right.
