We will ask you to read the applicable contra-indications one more time. This will determine whether you can safely take a freez session. We will then measure your blood pressure (may not exceed 180/95). You will also receive an explanation about the session and therefore we ask everyone who comes for the first time to be present 15 minutes before the Freez session starts.
